At Genove Styles, all cups are made to order and customized with unique designs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on any orders. Please ensure that all details are correct before placing your order.
However, if your cup arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery. You must provide photo proof of the damage so we can assess the situation and find an appropriate solution.
